At By Rae, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in the original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
